To create an account with TiBiGLOBE, simply click on the “Register” button. Fill in the registration form with accurate details, including your email address and phone number for seamless communication. After completing the form, you will receive your login details via email.
Logging in to your TiBiGLOBE account is easy. Use the email you provided during your registration and the password we sent you immediately after. Click “Log In,” and you’ll gain access to your account. You will be prompted to change your password. You may change your password and log in using that one from that point on.
Yes, TiBiGLOBE is a regulated company. We operate as “Tibiglobe (PTY) Ltd” under the Laws of South Africa. We are authorized and regulated by the Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) of South Africa, holding FSP License Number 50012.
A demo account provides you with a totally risk-free way of testing your trading strategies in a simulated environment using virtual funds. A live account, on the other hand, provides you with access to live markets, where you may trade using your own funds. Although, a demo account includes all the same features and functionality as a live account, keep in mind that trading in a simulated environment is different to trading under real market conditions, mainly because of the psychology involved. Remember this when evaluating your performance on your demo account.

Yes! All you have to do is send an email to [email protected] from the email address associated with your account. Depending on what you want to change, you may have to provide us with additional information:

  1. To update your email address, just send us an email and let us know.
  2. To update your residential address, send us an email, then go to the your Profile and upload a new Proof of Residence (POR) in your files that’s no more than 3 months old, to confirm your request.

To become a TibiGlobe affiliate:

  1. Register an account here.
  2. Choose between the Introducing Broker Program (up to 40% revenue share) or the Affiliate Program (up to $1000 per client).
  3. Share your partner link.
To verify your individual account, complete our questionnaire. Then, upload required documents, including Proof of Identity (ID, driver’s license, or passport) and Proof of Address (utility bill, bank statement, or tax document dated within the last 6 months).
